Acceptance of Terms. By using https://blackbronconotary.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Black Bronco Notary LLC markets and arranges Document Preparation, Mortgage Document Notarization, Travel Document Notarization, Trust Notarization, Will Notarization. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Black Bronco Notary LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://blackbronconotary.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Black Bronco Notary LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Black Bronco Notary LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Bronco Notary LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
Updates. Black Bronco Notary LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
